Revolution in mobility - the electric rollator from Romiro

Demographic change is increasing the demand for innovative mobility aids. The foldable electric rollator from Romiro combines practicality and comfort to significantly increase mobility and quality of life.

Breakthrough in mobility aids

A combination of engineering expertise and user feedback has resulted in a unique product. The Romiro electric rollator offers a range of 7 kilometres thanks to its powerful battery (up to 14 kilometres with two batteries) and is equipped with an easy-to-use joystick that can be controlled with the thumb.

Here are some of the key features that make Romiro special:

  • Electric rollator with motor: The integrated motor allows you to drive while seated and significantly increases your range of movement.
  • It also supports you when walking so that you can also cover longer distances without effort.
  • 2-in-1 rollator: The Romiro functions as both a rollator and an e-mobile, making it particularly versatile.
  • The Romiro is compactly foldable and therefore fits in any wardrobe or car boot.
  • Environmentally friendly: The Romiro reduces the need for larger vehicles for short journeys, making it an environmentally friendly mobility solution.
  • Suitable for indoor and outdoor use: Whether at home or outside on country paths, the Romiro offers optimum comfort and safety everywhere.
  • The Romiro rollator is already being sold successfully online and demand is growing steadily. The new online shop is active and the rollator can currently only be ordered in Germany at romiro.shop.

The history of its development

The first prototype of the Romiro was developed in the garage of mechanical engineer Frank Döberl and his team. The idea arose from the need to create a practical and easy-to-use mobility aid for senior citizens.

Together with the product development specialist BUSSE Design+Engineering, a target group-oriented product design was created, which was realised and optimised in close collaboration right through to the design implementation.

The positive response and the interest that the Romiro electric rollator has already aroused is inspiring and an incentive, as the aim is to offer senior citizens a safe, reliable and user-friendly mobility solution.
