Things get hot in the industrial production of glass containers. But how do the fragile, still red-hot parts get quickly and safely into the lehr? This is a mechanical engineering task that BUSSE has mastered together with Inmara AG.
The transport of large quantities of very hot glass containers to the lehr is handled by a servo-electric pusher which makes a kinematically quite complicated movement. It is located in a machine housing that is open to the rear and equipped with access doors and an operating terminal at the front.
BUSSE supported Inmara in this important project both with the design for the new machine and with the construction of the machine housing in all its details.
With its clear, functional structure, the design of the pusher adapts to the robust working environment; it conveys an appropriate and credible aesthetic in a sometimes dirt-intensive environment. For example, bright colors from Inmara's CI are only found on the more insensitive vertical housing surfaces. In contrast, the more horizontal surfaces are finished in a light gray, which even looks good when dust accumulates.
Patina capability is the magic word for aesthetic survival in dirty environments. This requirement is also met by the operating keypad, which can be folded into a protected position during ongoing production - a solution that Busse has competently implemented in addition to the housing structure.
Inmara thus presents a highly professional product with good function: it proves its worth in a stressful industrial production environment, and strengthens the company's brand identity and market position.
