The user's details may be stored in a customer relationship management system ("CRM system") or comparable inquiry organization.

We delete the inquiries if they are no longer required. We review the necessity every two years; furthermore, the statutory archiving obligations apply.

4. data security

We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorized access by third parties. If you have registered for our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The provision of any other data is voluntary and is used to address you personally.

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter. This means that after registering you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no-one can register with other people's e-mail addresses. Subscriptions to the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes storing the time of registration and confirmation as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored by the mailing service provider are also logged.

By activating the confirmation link, you give us your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The data collected by us when you register for the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purposes of advertising by means of the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a message to the controller named at the beginning. Once you have unsubscribed, your email address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

The newsletter is sent by the mailing service provider CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany. 7. Google Analytics, Google AdWords and conversion measurement

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC 600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the user is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).

This means that if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with further services associated with the use of this online offer and the use of the Internet. Pseudonymous user profiles can be created from the processed data.

We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of users is truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.

In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.

The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; users can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to their use of the online offer and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link:

http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Users' personal data is deleted or anonymized after 14 months.

In addition, we use the online marketing process Google "AdWords" to place ads in the Google advertising network (e.g. in search results, in videos, on websites, etc.) so that they are displayed to users who are likely to be interested in the ads. This allows us to display ads for and within our online offering in a more targeted manner in order to present users only with ads that potentially match their interests. If, for example, a user is shown ads for products that they have shown an interest in on other online offers, this is referred to as "remarketing". For these purposes, when our and other websites on which the Google advertising network is active are accessed, a code from Google is executed directly by Google and so-called (re)marketing tags (invisible graphics or code, also known as "web beacons") are integrated into the website. With their help, an individual cookie, i.e. a small file, is stored on the user's device (comparable technologies can also be used instead of cookies). This file records which websites the user has visited, which content they are interested in and which offers the user has clicked on, as well as technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, time of visit and other information about the use of the online offer.

We also receive an individual "conversion cookie". The information obtained with the help of the cookie is used by Google to create conversion statistics for us. However, we only learn the anonymous total number of users who clicked on our ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.

User data is processed pseudonymously within the Google advertising network. This means that Google does not store and process the user's name or email address, for example, but processes the relevant data in relation to cookies within pseudonymous user profiles. This means that, from Google's perspective, the ads are not managed and displayed for a specifically identified person, but for the cookie owner, regardless of who this cookie owner is. This does not apply if a user has expressly allowed Google to process the data without this pseudonymization. The information collected about users is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the USA.

Further information on the use of data by Google, setting and objection options, can be found in Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) and in the settings for the display of advertisements by Google (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated).

8. Google Maps

If you click on the link to Google Maps, the map services of Google Maps will be used. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

You can find more information on the handling of user data in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

9. use of social media

On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR), we use content or service offers from third-party providers within our online offer. GDPR) content or service offers from third-party providers in order to integrate their content and services, such as videos or fonts (hereinafter uniformly referred to as "content").

This always presupposes that the third-party providers of this content are aware of the IP address of the user, as they would not be able to send the content to their browser without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. Third-party providers may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as "web beacons") for statistical or marketing purposes. Pixel tags can be used to analyze information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user's device and contain, among other things, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, visit time and other information about the use of our online offer, as well as being linked to such information from other sources.

YouTube

We integrate the videos of the platform "YouTube" of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/, opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

The function displays videos stored on YouTube in an iFrame on the website. The "Extended data protection mode" option is activated. This means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to the website. Only when you watch a video is information about it transmitted to YouTube and stored there. Your data may be transmitted to the USA.

12. right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods under commercial and tax law). 15. data protection information in the application process

We process the applicant data only for the purpose and within the scope of the application procedure in accordance with the legal requirements. Applicant data is processed to fulfill our (pre-)contractual obligations in the context of the application procedure within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b. GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. The application process requires applicants to provide us with applicant data. If we offer an online form, the necessary applicant data is marked, otherwise it is derived from the job descriptions and generally includes personal details, postal and contact addresses and the documents belonging to the application, such as cover letter, CV and certificates. Applicants can also voluntarily provide us with additional information.

Insofar as special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 para. 1 GDPR are voluntarily communicated as part of the application process, their processing is also carried out in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b GDPR (e.g. health data, such as severely disabled status or ethnic origin).

Applicants can send us their applications by email. Please note, however, that emails are generally not sent in encrypted form and applicants must ensure that they are encrypted themselves. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for the transmission path of the application between the sender and receipt on our server and therefore recommend that you send your application by post.

The data provided by applicants may be processed by us for the purposes of the employment relationship if the application is successful. Otherwise, if the application for a job offer is not successful, the applicant's data will be deleted. Applicants' data will also be deleted if an application is withdrawn, which applicants are entitled to do at any time.

Subject to a justified revocation by the applicant, the deletion will take place after a period of six months so that we can answer any follow-up questions about the application and meet our obligations to provide evidence under the Equal Treatment Act.
