In April, WÜRTH is introducing a new high-quality torque wrench range with 6 product variants with ratchet heads and 3/8", ½" and ¾" square drive sockets.

Highlights include:

  • Innovative quick adjustment mechanism for significantly faster
  • Adjustment of the measuring ranges by turning the handle
  • An ergonomic 2-component handle in the WÜRTH corporate product design for fatigue-free and safe working
  • An extra-large double scale integrated into the end of the handle in N.m and lbf-ft. for improved readability, additionally with a micrometer scale for precise torque adjustment with click function
  • Easy unlocking and locking with pull/push lock at the end of the handle, color-coded
  • The range covers the torque range from 12 to 400 Nm.
  • Release accuracy with a tolerance of only +/- 3 % of the set scale value
  • High-quality and robust ratchet with 72 teeth and 5 degree angle of rotation or 60 teeth and 6 degree angle of rotation for the higher torque ranges

The BUSSE Design+Engineering team was once again able to support WÜRTH with the product design for this fantastic product and was able to combine the brand-defining design elements with the technical functions and product-specific details: For example, the center line of the WÜRTH "screw head" logo on the handle also represents the attachment line for positioning the calibration tool.

WÜRTH is also making a statement here in terms of sustainability with a stable, moisture- and oil-resistant product packaging made from 100% PCR (recycled plastic from household waste), which is also 100% recyclable!
