Turn on of the transformer & modernization of the power distribution board
Launch of the medium-voltage transformer and modernization of the power distribution board
In order to be able to operate our newly installed heat pump as a climate-neutral heating system, we had to install our own medium-voltage transformer on the BUSSE Design+Engineering premises, which can supply the company with up to 300KW of electricity. For this purpose, ten new 100A lines were laid from the transformer station to the main distribution board in the building. Whether we would have done this if the company carrying out the work had pointed it out to us right away - who knows whether we would have initiated this effort.
But: In the process, we also completely replaced the entire power distribution board and the individual fuse circuits, bringing them up to the latest standards. To do this, the entire company had to be disconnected from the power supply and all servers and services had to go offline from Thursday afternoon until Sunday evening. The Elektro Reimer team and our internal IT team worked flat out within this tight time frame to dismantle the old distribution board and completely rewire the new distribution board so that the servers could be successfully restarted on Sunday evening and the entire BUSSE team was up and running again on Monday. A great achievement with great effort!
Unfortunately, a few emails did not remain in the queue during this period, but were returned as undeliverable, so some customers had to send them to us again on Monday....
Now we can finally heat sustainably, have reserves for future machines, new or faster vehicle chargers and the expansion of the existing PV system.
