Our innovation process
In the beginning, the art is to ask the right questions, analyse the right aspects and combine them into the best scenarios. In the end, however, it is not only the good idea that counts, but also its consistent implementation, so that the idea/invention becomes a successful innovation on the market.
Together with you, we define the search fields and future vision, look for technical and application-side innovations, which we then discuss with the first lead users at an early stage to ensure that market relevance and solution acceptance are guaranteed.

Our innovation tools
Studies show that 3,000 ideas result in around 100 development projects, from which only 2 product launches result, of which only one is successful.

For efficient idea generation, it is therefore extremely valuable to define suitable search fields in advance and to consciously exclude areas that do not fit the company's strategy. Just as important as the actual generation of ideas is the structured documentation and consistent rating in order to select the ‘right’ ideas. We use the Product Innovation Canvaz Profile and QFD for this purpose, for example.

Last but not least, specific ‘idea ambassadors’ must then be determined and a clear roadmap with deadlines and action items defined so that the innovation does not get lost in day-to-day business.
