Our working methodology

We combine the best of both worlds: highly agile processes in the concept phase and a clearly defined project structure in the detailing and series implementation.

At the beginning, short interim sprints enable high flexibility to carefully evaluate all design and technical potentials. Based on these well-founded insights, we develop a precise product definition. This is then consistently and stringently implemented with regard to timelines and costs.

Our project modules are based on reflected and clearly described specifications and product requirements. In our calculations, we detail every project step, all costs, and the concrete results (deliverables), as well as possible optional modules.

We work in clearly delineated project phases with fixed goals and results: Milestones are clearly defined and documented in detail in presentations and protocols upon completion.

The processing of project content takes place in a phased approach. Billing also takes place from project phase to project phase.

Does the market or new insights require an adjustment? No problem. We integrate changes agilely and efficiently - always in close coordination and within the existing budget framework or with clearly designated and agreed additional items.
