With our team of over 60 employees, we were able to achieve a lot again this year. In total, we were able to realise over 300 projects / project steps with our almost 100 different customers. Almost 65,000 project hours were invested in challenging tasks.

The German UPA's UX Writing working group has developed a new guide that provides practice-orientated answers to the question: How can good UX writing succeed? Building on the principles and heuristics of the first guide, the current publication shows how UX writing can be systematically integrated into the human-centred design process.

On Thursday, 5 December, the BUSSE team was enchanted by both culinary and magical delights at the Christmas party in the Florian Zimmer Theatre in Neu-Ulm. The magician Florian Zimmer from Ulm is the only German magician to have received the ‘Golden Lion Award’ from Siegfried and Roy.

In October, we were able to add a modular motion table to our arsenal of test and inspection devices, which we developed ourselves as part of a bachelor's thesis with our BA student Nils Maiero.

Being innovative doesn't just mean generating creative ideas. Effective and clearly defined processes for selection and development are just as important - because this is the only way to turn the right idea into a successful product. This is precisely where BUSSE's structured creativity methodology comes into play.

An expert review is a method of user-centered development to assess and improve user-friendliness. Trained UX experts examine companies' (digital) applications using recognized guidelines and standards and uncover potential weaknesses. In contrast to user surveys or tests, expert reviews rely on the in-depth knowledge of experienced UX experts to identify optimization potential at an early stage.

On 22 October, we celebrated our jubilarians at a dinner in the studio in Neu-Ulm: The centre of attention was our chief designer Reinhold Unseld, who celebrated his 60th birthday this year as well as his 30th anniversary with the company.

We have also recently started using laser welding and the products of our customer MaxPhotonics in our own production facilities.

For the 23rd time, MAHA impressed its visitors at this year's Automechanika. Six product innovations, a large selection of physical products, supplemented by numerous digital media and an event stage that captivated the audience were just some of the highlights that ensured a consistently positive summary.
