BUSSE successfully completes the recertification of its QM system in Q2/2022. Recertification of the ISO 9001 certificate is due every 4 years, and this year is no exception.
All company processes are scrutinized in an external audit lasting several days and checked for process reliability. Fortunately, we were able to involve a broad spectrum of our employees in the discussions and carry out on-site inspections on the basis of relaxed coronavirus restrictions.
Our auditor from DQS Germany was thus able to directly experience our understanding of quality, which is practiced across the board.
The current focus is on further digitalization in the process environment. In recent years, we have been able to establish digital maintenance planners and digital salary statements, for example, and are currently in the process of adding further digital components, such as digital approval processes, to our time recording, project controlling and personnel management.
We are also constantly working on further and optimized process definitions and digital and networked machine monitoring in the areas of occupational safety and automated/autonomous production processes such as CNC and RP.
We are delighted to have successfully completed our recertification.
One thing remains certain: We will continue to work tirelessly to improve our services so that we can always deliver the best possible quality to our customers.
