Last week, we had to analyze several pizza ovens as part of a customer project. Our colleagues took this as an opportunity to use the subsequent lunch break for an extensive test and to do what they do best: Eating!
With dough and topping utensils brought along, the various models were subjected to a stress test and dozens of pizzas were baked at over 400°C.
After some initial difficulties, the pizza ovens proved to be quite manageable and only a few of the pizzas went up in flames. In the end, the unanimous conclusion was that we would like to have more projects like this.
