The AWG TURBO-SPRITZE EVO redefines the standard for hollow jet nozzles. All over the world, fire departments work with hollow jet nozzles, which make it possible to optimally carry out an extinguishing attack with variable extinguishing agent quantities, throwing distances and spray jet shapes. With the EVO generation, AWG Fittings has raised the TURBO-SPRITZE to a new level of development.

For us as designers, the focus was on further optimizing the product ergonomically for use under the most difficult conditions and on creating a forward-looking design for the AWG brand that embodies maximum performance and agility.

With the EVO, a product has been created that sets new standards in operator ergonomics. Especially for indoor attacks, a significantly improved handling could be achieved by the design of the control elements guard ring, flow adjustment ring, shift lever and handle.

The new design was developed with extensive user feedback and evaluated and optimized with both male and female, large and small hands.

The result is a significantly improved grip even in wet conditions, a distinct feel thanks to larger pointers and pre-shaped recessed grips on the guard ring, better visibility of settings and secure handling across all sizes. Even in the worst conditions such as absolute zero visibility, cold as well as wet gloves, the superior look & feel is not at the expense of the performance of the TURBO-SPRITZE EVO.

In addition, the high-quality material mix ensures less weight with further improved stability compared to its predecessor.

On the part of BUSSE, we supported product development in the areas of industrial design, housing construction, model and prototype construction, and supplier research and selection.

The premiere of the new product generation took place at this year's INTERSCHUTZ international trade fair in Hanover, the leading trade fair for firefighting, rescue, civil protection and safety, and received extremely positive customer feedback.
