Despite the current challenges in dealing with COVID-19, we have decided, together with our external certification partner, to still review our quality management system as part of this year's maintenance audit in the normal rhythm. Our QM system was certified as fully functional, which we are very pleased about.
Even though an external audit these days takes place under significantly different framework conditions, i.e. fewer individual meetings, fewer workplace insights and more planning preparation and digital data processing, we are still very satisfied to have found a pragmatic solution with our auditor.
