For many years, BUSSE has placed great emphasis on developing young high performers.
We offer career starters and university graduates the opportunity to gain their first practical experience through a one-year traineeship, supported by experienced mentors and accompanying training and defined process structures. We also supervise practical phases and practical tasks in some retraining and training programs, e.g. in the technical product designer apprenticeship at the Ulm Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
We are very proud that we have been able to offer almost every trainee a contract in the past. Some of our first trainees have now been with the company for over 10 years!
We also supervise selected bachelor theses and provide second examiners, e.g. in cooperation with the universities of Schwäbisch Gmünd, Pforzheim and Furtwangen.
In addition to our own BUSSE Academy, some of our employees give lectures, keynote speeches and seminars at various further education institutions, universities and start-up hubs.
As a recent milestone, we were able to qualify as a partner of the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Stuttgart Campus Horb and are currently supervising a prospective mechanical engineer as a practice partner!
