THE UJET ELECTRIC SCOOTER - A NEW HIGH TECH EXPERIENCE FOR CITY LOVERS
Am 3. Oktober diesen Jahres nahm BUSSE Design+Engineering an der ersten öffentlichen Vorstellung des UJET Scooters und der feierlichen Eröffnung des Produktionsstandortes in Foetz in Luxemburg teil.
Von der ersten Idee an war das Team von BUSSE Partner und Inkubator dieser neuen Produktidee
und konnte neben dem initialen Produktdesign und Userinterface-Design auch die mechanischen Konzepte der vielfältigen Innovationen entwickeln, unter anderem bezüglich des Klapp-Mechanismus, der nabenlosen Felge, des Elektro-Motors und des Leichtbau-Rahmens.
In der Prototypen-Abteilung von BUSSE wurden im Projektverlauf unzählige Funktionsbaugruppen und voll funktionsfähige Prototypen bis zur ersten erfolgreichen Einzel-Straßen-Zulassung realisiert werden.
Nun hat das Team von UJET Vehicles diese innovativen Produktideen bis in die Serie umgesetzt!

BUSSE Design+Engineering proudly takes part at the official factory inauguration and first public presentation of UJET Vehicles in Foetz, Luxembourg on October 3rd 2017, entering a new era of electric two-wheeled mobility!
From the very first beginning, the team of BUSSE was partner and incubator of this new product, bringing in the initial design ideas for product exterior and user interface and developing the initial mechanic concepts for the pioneering innovative features like folding mechanism, hubless wheel, induction motor and lightweight frame.
Also BUSSE prototyping department produced numerous functional parts and fully working prototype lots A and B and could assist the first successful homologation of this futuristic electric scooter!
The team of UJET has done a great job bringing this initial vision and groundbreaking functionalities into a real-life serial product!
