We are able to generate prototypes and functional models in a variety of different complexity levels. We are capable of even producing highly complex prototypes in small series or manufacture single stand-alone showcase models.
Our production possibilities in prototyping range from hand crafted functional models to complex technical prototypes. We provide an internal workshop capacity with a floor span of 1000 m2, with selected external partners. We offer a high number of types of methods to manipulate material and goods and know the process steps required for your prototype to be finished – even within our company's site in Elchingen. Each project has individual requirements from materials, manufacturing procedures to quality requirements. One thing is always needed – experience in making ideas come true and create top products. That is what we have!

Although all of the production projects we complete on behalf of our customers are unique in some respect (e.g. in terms of materials, processes, quantity, etc.), the goal is always the same: first-class products. Our customers come from all industries. Moreover, we work on behalf of medium-sized companies, brand-name producers, global corporations and well-financed startups and patent holders. Cost and time saving for CNC manufactured toolmaking through the use of high temperature resistant plastics. In CNC manufactured toolmaking, whether for CFRP and GFRP parts, plastic thermoforming or foams, one thing is essential: Cost efficiency and speed in the construction of the mould! Does this sound familiar? The deadline is tight, but the procurement of the raw material and the lead-time of the mould is already beyond schedule and budget.

We have the capability of producing more than 50 serial ship consoles per year. We cover the complete process from raw part till final-approved product corresponding to MIL Standard 810F, ISO 9001, AQAP and government inspection.
For this develompment project we needed to transform a first scientific set-up into a serial product. We manufactured a complete fully functional prototype made of stainless steal for a pharmaceutical trade-fair in the USA.
