GLOBAL EXPERTISE
In addition to punctuality and German quality work, BDE has a collection of competences to be able to act in the international field.
Thus the projects are coordinated in close cooperation with the customer across borders and time zones. For this purpose, the project progress, knowledge and methods are exchanged in weekly web conferences in dialogue with the customer. This enables an agile working environment in which changes can be reacted to quickly and in a coordinated manner. In addition to the web conferences, workshops are also held at the customer's premises, allowing local requirements to be actively addressed. Language skills and intercultural knowledge are indispensable to effectively reach the goal with the customer. This approach, together with many years of experience with international customers, enables BUSSE to act globally with confidence and high quality.

ASSOCIATIVE DESIGN
In the dialogue about design it is important that both sides are able to clearly communicate their ideas and requirements. For this reason, BUSSE has developed a precise system that makes it possible to formulate precisely different design styles. To this end, all the different design patterns and trends worldwide were analyzed and categorized into different clusters. The clusters are each named after representative locations where the trend can be identified. This matrix makes it possible to categorize existing products and products in planning and to describe them accurately.
